Our customs agency department is one of the oldest and largest in Hungary. We carry out customs agency activities throughout Hungary.We provide customs agency services to more than 200 clients whose goods originate or are destined outside the European Union.Our customs guarantee also extends to our airport office<\/strong>, which enables immediate customs clearance or transit of imported goods arriving in Hungary.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our outsourced staff<\/strong> are also present at some of our client’s premises, ensuring smooth, fast, 7\/24 customs clearance. Our Tatab\u00e1nya headquarter is an officially licensed export-import customs clearance point.
We also operate and offer our clients indirect customs representation<\/strong>. This, taking advantage of our company’s Authorised Economic Operator – AEO<\/strong> – qualification, allows, among other things, the customs clearance of import goods without the need for the owner of the goods to pay VAT at the time of customs clearance. The duty incurred can be paid directly into our deferred account within 30 days.
We also have a T-guarantee, a general guarantee and a deferred invoice<\/strong>. Our total guarantee is HUF 500 million (EUR 1,400,000).Our T-guarantee can be deployed anywhere in Europe according to the needs of our customers. We currently operate T-guarantee from the port of Koper and the Norwegian\/Swedish border.
The greatest value for our clients in having our staff outsourced to them is the vast expertise and experience our staff has in this field. Many of our colleagues have been with us since the company was founded in 1995.

We operate our own air freight forwarding office at Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport. As a customs agency<\/strong> with all the necessary authorisations, we can offer our clients the possibility to have their cargo cleared on arrival at Budapest airport or we can arrange for the delivery of the uncleared cargo to the consignee in Hungary under our own T-guarantee.<\/strong> At our airport site, we can also arrange the pick-up of smaller goods with our van.<\/p>

We also have a long history in sea freight<\/strong>. We have built up close relationships with several major shipping lines e.g. MSC, Maersk, EMC, Hapag Lloyd and CMA CGM, who provide us with competitive rates and adequate cargo space. Hungary is a continental country, so all sea-borne import and export containers have to be transported either via the northern European ports of Hamburg, Bremerhaven and Rotterdam or the southern European ports of Koper and Trieste (mainly for imports from the Far East and the Middle East) to and from Hungary and Central Europe and we are ready to handle all possible routes.<\/p>

We can arrange the transport of your import\/export containers to and from Hungary by rail and road. One of our strongest areas is the China-EU route<\/strong>, where we can offer our customers favourable deals despite the current container shortage. Our sea freight services include FCL (standard 20ft, 40ft, 45ft, refrigerated) and open-top containers, flat rack containers for special size goods, and LCL groupage from port-to-port and door-to-door, worldwide.
